Northern Virginia Breweries Raise Money For Ukrainian Refugee Relief

Brew For Ukraine – a Worldwide Collaboration

Manassas, Virginia, April 21, 2022 — Eight Northern Virginia Breweries have teamed up to brew Putin Huylo Ale for Ukranian Refugee Relief. In collaboration with Pravda Brewery in Lviv Ukraine our 8 breweries joined in Pravda’s global effort to brew delicious beer to raise funds & awareness for Ukrainians displaced by the Russian invasion. Proceeds from the sale of Putin Huylo will be donated to World Central Kitchen-Ukraine, GlobalGiving Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund, and Pravda Brewery’s local food kitchen in Lviv, Ukraine.

Participating Breweries include:

Ornery Beer Company – Manassas & Fairfax City
Fair Winds Brewing Company – Lorton
Lake Anne Brew House – Reston
Caboose Brewing Company – Vienna & Merrifield
Quattro Goombas Winery & Brewery – Aldie
Loudoun Brewing Company – Leesburg
Tucked Away Brewing Company – Manassas
Winchester Brew Works – Winchester

On March 25^th, the 8 breweries joined together at Ornery Beer Company in Manassas Virginia to brew Putin Huylo. On April 27^th, the collaboration partners will again come together to package over 8000 cans of the dry-hopped golden ale. Putin Huylo will be released at all 8 breweries on Friday, April 29^th. 4- packs of 16oz cans will be sold for $20. A $20,000 donation will be made on Monday May 2^nd, split among World Central Kitchen-Ukraine, GlobalGiving Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund, and Pravda Brewery’s refugee relief efforts in Lviv.
